The Right Kind of Flip Flops

Flip-flops become the go-to footwear to accompany any summer ensemble, but as we’ve often been warned, these flimsy slip-ons do not always provide ideal foot support. A certain study discovered that people work the muscles in their shins much harder in trying to grip and hold the flip-flops in place. Wearing flip-flops also shortened strides which can strain the lower legs.

So what is the right kind of flip flops that is best for your feet? Structured flip-flops with deepened heel cups and defined arches can remove some of the stress from your feet and legs. These are the types of flip flops that is safe to wear. But guess what? These type of flip flops are very pricey. The price ranges from $55 or more... this price is absolutely out of my range thus I will just wear those cheap yet stylish flip flops. Thankfully, I am an expert in flip flops as I am filipino...
